RAWALPINDI : The Excise and Taxation (E&T) Department has exempted fines on payment of token tax of vehicles till December 31 throughout the province.
According to E&T Department Rawalpindi officials, Director General E&T Punjab Nassem Sadiq issued the notification stating that the citizens can pay outstanding taxes of their vehicle till December 31 without any fine. The personnel said that the Pakistan Post officials have also been informed about the exemption of the fines.
