Kandhkot   -   Residents of Eidgah and Malik Mohallah staged sit-in protest against suspension of gas supply on Saturday. Protesters namely Danish Shah, Abdul Sattar, Faisal Raheem and others complained that gas remained suspended several hours on daily basis due to this they were facing severe problems especially of cooking. They complained that due to artificial gas load-shedding the routine life of the masses has been paralysed. They told during time of breakfast, lunch and dinner gas remained suspended in various areas including Malik Mohallah, Eidgah, Hindu Mohallah. They further said that they had been compelled to purchase food from local market for their children at the time of breakfast. While consuming fast food continuously, their children have been suffering from various stomach diseases. They further complained that despite several times complaints to Sui Southern Gas Company Limited they could not resolve the matter. They said energy crisis has fully distressed their daily routine life. They demanded from gas authorities to resolve the matter of gas suspension otherwise protest would be extended.
