Rawalpindi- Cantonment Board Rawalpindi (CBR) has decided to plant 100000 saplings in Cantt areas during monsoon season.
Earlier 20000 saplings were planted during spring season. The target for planting 100000 saplings has been fixed in 7 wards, parks and main highways. The board will provide saplings to the citizens as well.
The citizens were distributed 20000 saplings free of cost during spring season by CEO Cantt Fahim Zafar Khan as part of campaign for elimination of environmental pollution.
