ISLAMABAD  -  The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Muhammad Ahsan Younas on Wednesday issued transfer and posting orders of six police officers of rank of assistant and deputy superintendent of police, informed a police spokesman.

A notification has also been issued in this regard, he said.

According to him, IG Islamabad Muhammad Ahsan Younas transferred ASP/ Model Sub Division PS Kohsar with Addl Charge SDPO/ Women Beenish Fatima and posted her as SDPO Sihala. DSP Nawaz Bhatti, who was serving as DSP/ Security (Special Branch) was also changed and posted as DSP Cabinet by the top cop of Islamabad police, the spokesman said adding that DSP Sajjad Haider Bukhari, serving as DSP Headquarters, was transferred and posted as DSP/ Model Sub Division Kohsar with Addl Charge of SDPO/ Women.

Similarly, DSP/ SDPO Shehzad Town Muhammad Ayub has been changed and tasked to serve as DSP/ Headquarters with Addl Charge of DSP/ MT (HQ).

DSP/ SDPO Sihala Chaudhry Abid Hussain was posted as SDPO Shehzad Town by the IG Muhammad Ahsan Younas, the spokesman said. He said IG has also transferred Inspector Muhammad Fayyaz Tanoli (serving as DSP/ Cabinet (in Ops), and posted him as DSP/ Special Branch (in Ops).

All the newly posted police officers have assumed their charge following the orders of IG Islamabad Muhammad Ahsan Younas.
