SIALKOT - Educational institutions reopened in Sialkot district on Thursday, following a 10-day break due to rising cases of coronavirus.  However, all institutions including schools, colleges and universities would have to follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to COVID-19.  Under the directives of the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), educational institutions were closed in 15 districts of the province for six days, from Sept 6 to 11, and later the closure period was extended by another four days, till Sept 15.  These districts included Rawalpindi, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sheikhupura, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargohda, Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Khanewal, Multan, Bhawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan.
