LAHORE   -   In continuation of the current spree of transfers and postings, the Punjab gov­ernment on Friday swapped the posi­tions of different high ranked officers. 

According to the official notifica­tions, Secretary to government of the Punjab, Finance department, Iftikhar Amjad was relieved of his duties and directed to report to the Establishment Division, government of Pakistan for further orders. 

Special Secretary (Budget & Re­sources) Finance department, Mu­hammad Ali Randhawa has been as­signed with the additional charge of the post vacated by Iftikhar Amjad till the posting of a regular incumbent.

Additional Secretary Higher Edu­cation, Department, Punjab, Khalid Pervaiz, has been transferred and directed to report to S&GAD for fur­ther orders. Additional Secretary (Development), Local Government & Community, development Punjab, Maria Tariq has been transferred and posted against the post vacated by Khalid Pervaiz. Officer on special duty, S&GAD, Punjab, Rashid Irshad has been posted as Additional Secre­tary (Development), Local Govern­ment & Community, development Punjab, after Maria Tariq’s transfer.

In another official notification, Dep­uty Secretary, (Planning & Culture), Information & Culture, department, Punjab Faiza Ahsan has been trans­ferred and posted as Deputy Secre­tary, energy department, Punjab. After the transfer of Faiza Ahsan the post, Assistant Chief Planning & Develop­ment Board, Sadaf Fatima has been transferred and posted as Deputy Sec­retary, (Planning & Culture), Informa­tion & Culture, department. 

Additional Commissioner (Rev­enue), DG Khan, Dr Saif-Ullah has been transferred and posted as Di­rector Local Government, Sahiwal.

Meanwhile, after his transfer, of­ficer on special duty, Fakhar-ul-Is­lam has been posted as Additional Commissioner (Revenue), DG Khan. Deputy Secretary Livestock & Dairy Development, Punjab, Rana Zia Ul­lah has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary CM office. In pursuance of Zia Ullah transfer, Of­fice on Special Duty, S&GAD Khalid Javaid Goraya has been appointed as Deputy Secretary Livestock & Dairy Development.
