LAHORE – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Women Wing will organise 10 matches to select the Pakistan women cricket team to represent country in the upcoming ICC Women’s World Cup being played in India.
The 50-over matches will be played from December 18, 2012 to January 8, 2013 in different grounds of city. The matches will be played in 2 rounds. In the first round 30 selected probables will be divided into 2 teams and will play 7 matches against each other. After the completion of matches the selected women will play three matches against U-17 boys team in second round to finalise the squad for the World Cup.
