Seplaa Enterprises to help entrepreneurs for business contacts with Turkey

LAHORE - Seplaa Enterprises on Saturday launched Pakistan Turkey Impact Entrepreneurship Development Programme to help entrepreneurs and traders to find out trade and business opportunities in Turkey.

In an event organised by Seplaa Enterprises, CEO Ammara Farooq Maliks said that they had partnered with a number of Turkish educational and international development sector organisations to create Pakistan Turkey Impact Entrepreneurship Development Programme.

“The program will be very helpful to create people to people contact for greater trade opportunities and for Pakistanis to be able to export their skills and business to Turkey,” said Ammara Malik.

She said it would be for both new entrants and the business executive if they wanted to establish business ties with Turkish organizations.

She said the programme was launched under ICx Seplaa International on 9th February, at Seplaa Hub, Lahore and to be conducted in Lahore and Istanbul from February- September 2018.

Seplaa Hub Director Zahra Wyne, Rashid Mansur, honorary consul general of Turkey Mrs Mansoor, Zuhair Rana from LCCI, ICx Seplaa mentors also attended the event.

Ammara also talked about how her programme would benefit trade and business in Pakistan and Turkey. “This programme will bring business linkages from Turkey to Pakistan and vice versa, and it will promote the growth of regional social enterprise development,” she further said. She also shed some light on her upcoming Pakistan Turkey Impact Entrepreneurship book project as well, which would be published under ISW Press and think tank in the coming months of this year.

Seplaa Enterprises delegation, headed by Mrs Malik and comprising Zahra Wyne, Amal Malik, will be visiting Turkey from February 20 to February 24.
