PESHAWAR- Pakistan Army’s Nimrah Aqeel upset national U19 champion Komal Khan in a marathon three-set battle to clinch the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Open Women’s Squash Championship title organized jointly by KP Squash Association and Directorate of Sports KP here on Thursday. Secretary Higher Education Daud Khan was the chief guest at the final played here at Qamar Zaman Squash Complex Peshawar. He was accompanied by world champion Qamar Zaman, Mohibullah Khan Senior and Jansher Khan. In the final, both the players showed excellent performance but Nimrah prevailed over her opponent, winning with a score of 11-3, 7-11, 11-9, 8-11 and 12-10. In the end, Secretary Higher Education Daud Khan distributed trophies and prizes among the players.
