PPP rules out reconciliation with PML-N over Panama

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has ruled out ruled out any reconciliation with the federal government over Panama, saying the Panama issue will be taken to its logical conclusion.

The decision was reached in a meeting between PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and former president Asif Ali Zardari. The two reportedly met in London to discuss the Panama revelations.

The father-son duo sought to take the issues pertaining to the federal government’s corruption to its logical end. They also brushed aside the reports regarding any backdoor contacts with the government,

A party statement said the PPP is determined to give tough time to Nawaz Sharif over Panama Leaks by putting to use all possible vistas including parliament, Election Commission, judiciary and road agitation.

The PPP leaders in their statement also said that all the government’s stratagems to mislead and blackmail the opposition will fizzle out ultimately.
