MANDI BAHAUDDIN - The PML-N organised a function at residence of the party District President Dewan Mushtaq to celebrate the party’s victory in by-elections.
Local leaders and workers of the party attended the function here the other day.
Speaking on the occasion, Dewan said that efforts and people-friendly policies of Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif had resulted in the execution of a record development, especially in the rural and less developed areas across the province.
He enumerated that the Punjab government introduced yellow cab scheme which gave self-employment to educated youth and Green Tractors scheme for farmers contributed a lot to boost agriculture produce.
He said that Ashiana Scheme provided houses to shelter-less people and link roads network brought rural areas closure to the developed areas.
The PML-N leader said the network of Daanish schools had been established in the most deprived areas where education was being provided the children of the poor at par with the international standard.
Referring to PPP government, he said that it had lost its ground due to incompetence and poor performance. He said that the PPP leaders had looted national resources and neglected their workers.
