ATTOCK - Police have arrested a three-member gang involved in vehicle snatching at gunpoint and recovered three cars from their possession. While addressing a press conference at his office, DPO Attock Rana Shoaib Mahmood said that a special team consisting of SDPO Fatehjang Zulfiqar Gillani, SHO Fatehjang Hamid Kazmi, and others was constituted to arrest the gang.

The team using different modern and conventional techniques arrested a three-member gang including Danish Mehmood alias Billa resident of Charat Fatehjang, Ali Hasan resident of Dhok Gujran Rawalpindi, and Raja Muhammad Waqas resident of Hassar Hasanabdal, said the DPO.

He said that police recovered three Mehran cars and three pistols from the gang and they also confessed involvement in such crimes in Rawalpindi and surrounding areas during the initial investigation. The DPO Rana Shoaib Mahmood appreciated the police team for this success and said that DSPO Zulfiqar Gillani, SHO Hamid Kazmi, and others will be awarded commendation certificates and cash prizes.
