At least 25 people were killed and over 60 wounded as a passenger bus collided with a trailer in Dera Ghazi Khan on Monday morning, a rescue official said.

The passenger bus was on its way from Sialkot to Dera Ghazi Khan when it collided with trailer near Taunsa By-Pass, the official revealed. 

All the injured have been rushed to Teaching Hospital, he added.

CM Punjab Usman Buzdar lamented the loss of lives in the Taunsa traffic accident. He extended his condolences to the bereaved families.

CM Buzdar has given directives to provide the best medical facilities to the injured.
