ATTOCK   -    DPO Attock Rana Shoaib Ahmad while addressing press conference said that police have arrested three dacoits of a gang involved in dacoity and murder case and recovered jewellery and weapons from their possession.

He informed that the gang had shot dead a woman, injured her sister and escaped from the crime scene after a dacoity on 17/2/2022 in village Mansar. On the complaint of Naveed Shah, a case was registered and a team headed by DSP Syed Ejaz Hussain Shah, consisting of SHO Anwar-ul-Haq and IT Incharge Inspector Aurangzeb and others was constituted to arrest the culprits.

The team arrested three members, Nazim Ali alias Nazi, Asif alias Rakish, both residents of Mansar and Ismail Shah resident of Sawabi, recovering the looted jewellery and weapons from their possession during an identification parade. The relatives of the deceased lady have recognised the culprits. The DPO further informed that two members of the gang are still at large and will be arrested soon.
