LAHORE - The National Accountability Bureau has set up online complaint receiving system to improve its performance and fighting corruption in better way.
An e-mail cell to entertain online complaints has been also formed where citizens could e-mail applications with evidence and contact numbers for verification of their complaints, before starting any action on the emailed complaints.
A senior officer said that the e-mail cell was a new idea which will be expanded to other cities if they got strong feedback.
