KARACHI: Former president General Pervez Musharraf (retired) claims that Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif could prove to be a better prime minister than his brother Nawaz Sharif.
During an interview to a private television channel, Musharraf said that Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz's (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif to put an end to his career in politics.
He also mentioned that Maryam Nawaz's political future seems to be bleak as her own party won’t accept her as a politician.
Regarding the political situation, Musharraf said that Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz will be elected in the centre, while the Pakistan Peoples Party will form the government in Sindh in the upcoming elections.
He also said that he was likely to come back to Pakistan after the tenure of the present PML-N-led government ends.
