PSL 7 anthem may face delay in release

The highly-anticipated anthem of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2022 might be delayed, it has been learned through reliable sources.

According to details, the PSL 7 official anthem had to be released on January 20 but due to a surge in COVID cases, the song will be released a bit late somewhere between January 22 to January 24.

The anthem has been vocal by renowned singer Atif Aslam and Aima Baig and the official anthem will be playing during the Pakistan Super League 7 matches, starting from January 27 at National Stadium Karachi. For the first time, Atif Aslam is taking part in the PSL.

Earlier, the video of the PSL 2022 anthem went viral on Twitter in which Atif Aslam and Aima Baig performed live on stage. While the fans are waiting anxiously for the new anthem of the PSL, it has also been reported that singers Atif Aslam and Aima Baig will perform live at the star-studded opening ceremony of the league in Karachi.
