LAHORE  - Following the removal of senior officers from Rawalpindi for their proven negligence in Murree incident, the Punjab government on Wednesday transferred Secretary Youth Affairs and Sports department Noor-ul-Amin Mengal and posed him as Commissioner Rawalpindi in place of Gulzar Hussain Shah who has been directed to report the federal government. 

Tahir Farooq, Deputy Commissioner Sialkot has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi in place of Muhammad Ali who has been directed to report to the federal government. Ashfaq Ahmad Khan, Regional Police Officer Rawalpindi has been transferred and posted as City Police Officer Rawalpindi in place of Sajid Kiani who has been directed to report to S&DAD.
