LAHORE - A two-day training workshop for women parliamentarians on “Peace Building and Leadership” was organised by Insan Foundation Trust (IFT) in collaboration with Search for Common Ground|Pakistan (SFCG). Eighteen lawmakers from PML-N, PPP, PML-Q and other parties participated in the workshop.
The training was conducted under the “Strengthening Women Parliamentarians in Pakistan for Effective Government” project aimed at equipping participants with collaborative approaches to problem-solving. This was the second provincial level training conducted in continuation of a series of similar workshops with MPAs, former district assembly members and aspiring women politicians.
