NOWSHERA VIRKAN - Higher education is out of the reach of the local students especially females as the Government Girls Degree College is facing shortage of science teachers, said a religious scholar.
Hafiz Naeemullah pointed out that due to unavailability of teachers, students have to go to other cities for higher education. In this way the students have to spend much money in the shape of transportation fares which is unaffordable for the poor. 
He demanded that the authorities concerned should immediately appoint science teachers in the college.
