HNPIP Urdu seminar today


LAHORE - The Hameed Nizami Press Institute of Pakistan will organising a seminar titled ‘Urdu as National and Official Language – Status and Role of Media’ at HNPIP Auditorium near China Chowk on Majid Nizami Road today (Tuesday)
Former minister Sardar Assef Ahmad Ali will preside over the session while Education Minister Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman and National Language Authority chairman will be the chief guests. The speakers include Qaumi Zuban Tehreek President Arifa Subh Khan.
STUDENTS VISIT AIWAN: The students of City District Government Boys High School Begum Kot on Monday visited the Aiwan-i-Karkunan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan to attend Aghi programme of Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust (NPT). They also visited the Pakistan Movement Gallery on the occasion.
Also, mobile ideological units led by their coordinators visited The British High School Ichhra, Government High School Wagha, Government Girls Middle School Wagha, Government Girls Middle School Raiwind, Chief Foundation School of Sciences Raiwind, Dar-e-Arqam School Kot Abdul Malik and Furqan Public School Kot Abdul Malik respectively. 
The institution heads presided over the ceremonies in the said institutions. In their lectures, they lauded the NPT’s role in disseminating the Two Nation Theory to the new generation. 1092 students and teachers were the beneficiaries of the NPT’s aghi programme.
