PR LAHORE - A three-day drama festival on the theme “Interfaith Harmony, Peace & Tolerance” will start today at 4pm at the Alhamra Cultural Complex Qaddafi Stadium halls.

The plays will underscore the value of tolerance, peace and need of interfaith harmony in today’s world.

The event is being organised by Unique Group of Institutions in collaboration with Human Rights and Minorities Affairs, Department Govt of the Punjab in which some 250 students from 23 schools of Unique Group will perform in 24 plays on varied themes. The drama festival will be followed by awards ceremony on October 22.

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan will inaugurate the festival today at 4pm. Provincial Ministers Zakia Shahnawaz and Khalil Tahir Sindu will be the guests during the Awards Night Saturday evening. Only families with invitation card are allowed entry.
