ABBOTTABAD - District administration, Directorate of Youth Affairs KP with the cooperation of Institute of Education and Awareness will hold ‘Pakistan Learning Festival’ on March 12 and 13 at Comsats University Abbottabad Campus.
Stalls of various institutions including Oxford would be established, during the festival, lectures on the importance of education for children, attachment to books for acquiring knowledge and educational events related to their lives will be also be organized. In the event speakers would deliver lectures, special programmes, activities and learning for children will be held.
Galyat Development Authority (GDA), Comsats, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism Department (KPITD), Water and Sanitation Services Company Abbottabad (WSSCA), Oxford Books, Bank of Khyber (BoK), Directorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other agencies will also play their part in organizing a successful festival.
District administration also requested the masses to come in person and bring their children to participate in the festival so that the learning of children can be further enhanced.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Abbottabad Muhammad Hassan Ahsan, In-charge Oxford Books Abbottabad, In-charge Education and Awareness Institute and District Sports Officer Abbottabad.
