RAWALPINDI   -  The Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE) Directorate of    Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has carried out an operation against illegal and unauthorized residential cum commercial buildings on Adaila  Road here on Monday, informed the RDA spokesman.

  The MP&TE Directorate’s staff   with the assistance of local police carried out operations against two illegal buildings at Adaila Road near Taj Marquee, one commercial building at Gulshanabad housing scheme and one illegal building at Kehkashan Town housing scheme Rawalpindi.

The owners of above mentioned properties have violated approved plans/maps of the Punjab Development of States Act 1976 and RDA Building and Zoning Regulations, 2020 and constructed illegal residential cum commercial buildings without approval and NOC, he said.
