Protest rally shows solidarity with Palestinian people

Attock-To express solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, a protest rally was organized by the Guardians of Al-Quds Committee Attock on the occasion of Juma-tul-Wida on Friday.
The speakers while addressing the participants in Katchehri Chowk said that “the dark days of Israeli atrocities on the Palestinian people are a disgrace to the United Nations. We will continue to challenge Yazids of every era. Solidarity with the Palestinian people will continue until the liberation movement succeeds. Allah Almighty has declared jihad against oppression and barbarism as a lucrative business. Imam Khomeini predicted that Russia would be divided. His political manoeuvring informed the Muslims to offer prayers in the first qiblah and his prediction would soon be fulfilled. Answering tyrannical imperialism is something we have learned from the lesson of Karbala. We will never stand with the oppressor.”
The rally started after Friday prayers from Imambargah Hussainiya Kamilpur Syedan and ended peacefully after reaching Kachehri Chowk. The participants of the rally held banners and placards inscribed with slogans against imperialism and in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people. On this occasion, Syed Hasnain Naqvi presented resolutions of condemnation which were unanimously supported by the participants. After the prayer, the participants dispersed peacefully.
