LAHORE- Karachi Sports Circle hosted a prestigious event on ‘International Olympic Day’ at Aram Bagh Basketball Court with large number of sports personalities and athletes taking part in it and making the important day ‘more memorable and momentous’. According to KBBA President Ghulam Muhammad Khan, Pakistan Sports Welfare Association President Shahida Parveen Kayani along with sports personalities cut the cake on the occasion of ‘International Olympic Day’. On this occasion, KBBA President Ghulam Muhammad Khan, Associate Secretary of Sindh Olympic Association Master Asghar Baloch, Chairman of SFWA M Saleem Khamisani, other personalities and players including Sports Federation Information Secretary Muhammad Arshad, Naveed Ahmed, international wrestler Sher Khan and national footballer Usman Ghani were also present and celebrated the day with great zeal and fervor. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) also celebrated the ‘International Olympic Day’ at DHA Lahore. Special guests were POA Vice President Ch Muhammad Yaqoob and Administrator DHA Brig Munir Ahmed. Officials from various sports organizations, including a large number of national and international medal-winning athletes of the country were also present on the occasion.
