Delegation of DHA Estate Agents Association calls on Miftah

LAHORE - Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Miftah Ismail assured the delegation of the DHA Estate Agents Association headed by Chief Patron Mian Irfan Asad to consider the relief in terms of capital gain tax, a press release said.

The delegation discussed the proposed taxes on real estate and presented suggestions for the promotion of economic activities in Pakistan.
The finance minister directed the FBR to formulate a separate mechanism for facilitating the non-filers overseas Pakistanis to revive business activities in the economy. The finance minister highlighted the proposed taxes on real estate and emphasized the real estate sector to contribute to the economic development of Pakistan, it added. The finance minister assured the delegation that government will consider their proposals for the economic betterment of the country.

 

The delegation thanked the finance minister for his cooperation and support.
The delegation also included Senior Vice Chairman Umar Afzal, President DHA EAA Mian Talat, General Secretary DHA EAA Sarfraz Hussain, and others.
