LAHORE - After winning the special PTV Award for the Best Private Drama Serial with maximum viewer-ship and revenue response, the debut production of Communication Research Strategies (CRS), 'Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin, has now been nominated for the five categories by Lux Style Awards. The announcement has been posted on the official website of Lux Style Awards. 'Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin Hai has the honor of having been selected for the maximum number of nominations in drama category of 9th LSA. The five categories include: Best Drama Serial (Terrestrial Channels), Best Writer (All Channels), Best Director (All Channels), Best Actor (Terrestrial Drama) and Best Actress (Terrestrial Drama). The ace playwright Asghar Nadeem Syed has been nominated for the category of best writer while young maestro Kashif Nisar has been nominated for the category of Best Director. Ayub Khosa and Sara Chaudhry are contesting in the categories of Best Actor and Best Actress respectively. It may be noted that recently 'Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin Hai has been conferred upon the special PTV Award for best private drama serial during the year 2009. The LSA nominations announced now clearly endorse that the popularity of the play cuts across all sections of society as people associated the characters with their loved ones fighting back for peace in Pakistan.
