We need to institutionalise the Kashmir committee so that Pakistani and Kashmir leaders could discuss ifs and buts before getting into dialogue with India, he added Kashmir is not a dispute of boundary between India and Pakistan. Four generations have irrigated the Kashmir movement with their blood. We want result-oriented talks on Kashmir and this could be possible with the joint stance of Kashmiri and Pakistani leaderships, he added.
