SARGODHA   -   Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sargodha Region Muhammad Faisal Rana on Sunday listened to 44 appeals of police officers and personnel during the orderly room, held at his office.

Some 24 appeals were declared valid, while the answers to 13 were termed unsatisfactory and orders were issued for reducing the sentence on seven appeals. The RPO advised the police officers to perform their duties with honesty and dedication.

Man commits suicide

A 50-year-old man committed suicide over domestic issues in Johrabad police limits, here on Sunday.

Police spokesperson said Umar Daraz of Bola village, was suffering from depression due to some domestic dispute. He ended his life by shooting himself. The deceased was father of three childrenFurther investigation was under way.
