PM signed first NRO with sister Aleema: PML-N

ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) spokesperson Maryam Aurangzeb on Tuesday said Prime Minister Imran Khan has ‘signed’ his first National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) with his sister Aleema Khan.

The former Information Minister said this while talking to media persons outside the Accountability Court in Islamabad. She alleged that if a JIT has been constituted to investigate the matter she is sure that all links of Aleema Khan’s illegal transfer of assets will be connected with Imran Khan.

The PML-N leader also alleged that Imran Khan will take U-turn on all of his promises after completing 100 days.

Maryam Aurangzeb said that Aleema Khan was granted NRO because investigation into the matter can expose Imran Khan.

She asked which kind of justice it is to call others thieves and support the thief sitting in his own house.

She was curious how Aleema Khan transferred her money abroad, asking when Federal Investigation Bureau (FIA) will constitute a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to probe into the matter.

The former Information Minister said that Prime Minister after completing 100 days of his government will announce that he has taken u-turn from all the promises he had made with the people of this country.

She asked Imran Khan to let her know how Aleema Khan purchased property abroad and on which condition the government has signed NRO with her.

She said that Imran Khan regularised his own house but demolished others houses.
