LAHORE -Karachi team trials for the National Basketball Boys B-Grade Championship will be held on September 22 and 23 at 7:30 pm at International Abdul Nasir Basketball Court. The championship will be held in Quetta from October 16 to 20 under the auspices of Quetta Basketball Association and under the supervision of Pakistan Basketball Federation. The players, who wish to participate in the trials, have been instructed to report to KBBA Secretary Tariq Hussain on time. Meanwhile, the Defense Day Cup Basketball Tournament will commence on September 24 at the International Abdul Nasir Basketball Court. The event will be organized by Usman Club under the auspices of Karachi Basketball Association and under the patronage of Commissioner Karachi. Tournament Director Ghulam Muhammad Khan has instructed the participating teams to get their draws from the tournament secretary and international player Zafar Iqbal on 22 September.  

 Shooting ball player Ijaz Ahmed Qureshi was nominated as the media coordinator of the tournament.
