CM due in Layyah tomorrow

LAYYAH-Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif will visit Layyah on Tuesday (tomorrow).
Talking to the media Provincial Minister Mehr Ijaz Ahmad Achlana on Sunday informed that during the visit, Shehbaz Sharif will inaugurate Head Regulator on River Indus as well as announce the establishment of Independent University and Layyah-Chowk Azam dual carriageway carpeting. He informed that the CM will also address a public gathering at Milad Park here.
On the other hand, MNA Syed Saqlian Shah claimed that arrangements have been finalised for the chief minister’s visit. He said that 30,000 chairs will be placed in the venue of the public meeting, although they expect more than 40,000 people to turn up at the Jalsa.
Earlier, the Punjab CM was expected to visit Layyah on January 22, but was rescheduled for a day to Jan 23, due to Shehbaz Sharif’s appearance in NAB.
