QILA DIDAR SINGH-Two dacoits barged into the house, shooting at and injuring a woman for resistance and made off with gold jewellery here the other day.
The incident occurred at Mohallah Muhammadpura in jurisdiction of Qila Didar Singh police. The unidentified dacoits broke into the house of a driver.
There were only women in the house and they offered resistance at which the dacoits shot at and injured one, wife of Imran. They made off with seven tola gold ornaments. The woman was rushed to hospital while the police had registered a case against the dacoits.
