CJP due tomorrow

LAHORE  -  Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar will hear the cases at the Supreme Court Lahore registry from Monday (tomorrow). The top judge will head a three-member bench comprising Justice Umar Ata Bandiual and Justice Ijazul Ahsan.  The prominent cases include disposal of hospital  and sewerage waste, air pollution, excessive fee structure of private medical colleges, untreated affluent being discharged in Budhi drain by a factory and lack of adequate health facilities in DHA Lahore. The top judge would also be available at the SC registry on 25th.  The CJP would also address a book launch written by a retired justice.
