Cabinet to up 17-point agenda today

ISLAMABAD - The federal cabinet will discuss a 17-point agenda including the appointment of Chief Executive Officer, Drugs Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) today, The Nation has learnt it.

According to the agenda of the federal cabinet,  the meeting will discuss appointment of Chairman PIACL Board, one time permission for post-shipment inspection of 02 units of truck mounted cranes imported for wind power generation project in relaxation of the IPO, 2020, and issuance of domestic and international IJARA Sukuk against unencumbered assets of the government.

The cabinet will also discuss appointment of Executive Director, National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), changes in land use of Carlton hotel Karachi by federal government employees housing authority, issuance of Prohibited Bore (PB) Arms Licenses, addition of members in federal commission for review of master plan of Islamabad and establishments of the Islamabad Commission for Regularisation of unapproved housing schemes,  land use permission for private housing/ high-rise apartments project in Zone-4, Islamabad, and the PUBUC properties (Removal of Encroachment) Bill.
