HYDERABAD - The Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways Karachi Aijaz Ahmed has informed that the management has prepared the repair and renovation plan for parking area of Hyderabad Railway Station and the same would be implemented after approval from Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.
He informed this during his visit of Hyderabad Railway Station along with the Vice President Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCCI) Ziauddin late Monday evening, said HCCI spokesman. According to HCCI spokesman, the Divisional Superintendent visited Hyderabad Railway Station on the directives of General Manager Pakistan Railways Muhammad Javed Anwar. The HCCI Vice President Ziauddin during his recent meeting with the General Manager Pakistan Railways at Lahore briefed him about the situation of Hyderabad Railway Station upon which, the General Manager assured him to improve the situation according to needs of the people of Hyderabad.
During the visit to Hyderabad Railway Station, the Divisional Superintendent Aijaz Ahmed directed the cleanliness of Hyderabad Railway Station with installation of additional waiting seats at the platforms and opening of closed waiting rooms.
The HCCI Vice President while expressing thanks to General Manager Muhammad Javed Anwar and Divisional Superintendent Aijaz Ahmed has assured full cooperation from the business community of Hyderabad in respect of repair and maintenance of the railway station of the historic city of Hyderabad.
