'Musharraf pushed country centuries back

OUR STAFF REPORTER OKARA - PML-N MPA Mian Yawar Zaman Friday said dictator Pervaiz Musharraf shoved the country centuries back. Mian Yawar said the three and half year tenure of PPP govt had completed and now with the strength of people, PML-N would bring the ruling class to an account. They are enjoying luxurious life at the cost of peoples taxes, whereas the masses are dying of hunger, he said, adding, hike in electricity tariff, gas and petroleum products prices are out of the reach of the poor. Yawar Zaman said Nawaz Sharif rejecting billions of rupees, made the country atomic power and secured future of Pakistan. Nawaz Sharif endured hardships regarding ruling powers but he did not put the state on sale, he added. He stated that the remains of dictator Musharraf are with the PPP and are trying to hurt democracy. He added PML-N wants to change the system in the country, so that the problems could be solved. Womans body found from canal: A body of an unknown woman found from Lower Bari Doab canal near Okara on Friday.
