PPP has no future, Bilawal will join PML: Pagaro

KARACHI-Maintaining that at present two forces namely the Army and Pakistan Muslim League exist in the country, Chief of PML (F) Pir Pagaro said that PPP has no future in politics. He said that if Pervez Musharraf or anybody wanted to join Pakistan Muslim League first they would have to fill the party form and then the council would decide about giving them any position in the party. He expressed these views, while talking to the media at his residence Kingri House on Wednesday, after attending a meeting with the delegation of former President Pervez Musharrafs party comprising Dr Sher Afgan Niazi, Major General (Retd) Rashid Qureshi, Barrister Saif Ali and Dr Amjad. The delegation during the meeting delivered the message of Pervez Musharraf to Pir Pagaro. The meeting continued for more than one hour. Pagaro said that he cannot do anything to remove the hurdles being faced by former President Pervez Musharraf to return to the country. He said that Musharraf is a Mohajir and the formers community could be his electoral constituency. PML-F chief predicted in his usual style of talking that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will soon join the Muslim League while PPP had no future in politics. However, he advised Musharraf to return and join the Pakistan Muslim League. He claimed that PML-F leader Chaudhry Shujaat had joined the Functional League. Responding to a question, he said that he is not in touch with Nawaz Sharif while PPP popularity had drowned in the devastation of floods. Once again he reiterated that Bilwal Bhutto Zardari would be included in Pakistan Muslim League like his maternal grandfather, and become the General Secretary of Pakistan Muslim League. Chief Coordinator of Musharrafs All Pakistan Muslim League, Chaudhry Shahbaz, on the occasion told the media that they came to here to meet Pir Pagaro on the directives of Pervez Musharraf, seeking the advice and guidance of the veteran politician. He said during the meeting Pagaro mentioned that after returning of Pervez Musharraf, all factions of Mulsim League would stand at one place and then All Pakistan Muslim League would be established. He further said that Pir Pagaro assured us that he would welcome Pervez Musharraf in politics. The members of the committee of Musharrafs party mostly avoided to respond to the queries of the media.
