KARACHI - A delegation of the Dawoodi Bohra community called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House here on Thursday. The delegation included Ibrahim Ezzum, Taikhoon Mohi-ud-Din, Abdem Anaf Hakeem-ud-Din, Kumail Younas, Hussain Kumail and Mustansar Poonawalla.

Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Saleem H. Mandviwala, Chairman Board of Investment and Nasreen Haq, Special Secretary to the President, were also present during the meeting.

The delegation conveyed the best wishes of Syedna Muhammed Burhanuddin, leader of Dawoodi Bohra community, to the President and said that Syedna Burhanuddin would visit Pakistan soon.

The President inquired about the health of Syedna Burhanuddin and appreciated his services for the humanity and the people of Pakistan.

It may be recalled that the President had a meeting with the leader of Dawoodi Bohra community during his visit to the United Kingdom and invited him to visit Pakistan.

SINDH ASSEMBLY SPEAKER CALLS ON PRESIDENT: Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House here on Thursday.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was also present during the meeting.

BDS exam to commence from Aug 27: The BDS Second Professional Supplementary Examination of the University of Karachi will commence from August 27.

A spokesman of Karachi University said that the papers would be conducted from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at the Zoology Department.
