Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed started his election campaign on Sunday.
He took a tour of his constituency on motorcycle. Meanwhile, talking to media, he said that he is thinking to replace his party symbol of pen and ink-pot with a motorcycle.
He stated, "When I come into power, I will ensure the completion of Nullah Leh Highway Express project and Ghazi-Barotha Hydropower Project."
He said, "I will also bring back the looted wealth of thieves."
Furthermore, Shiekh Rasheed expressed sureness that he will get a huge number of votes from both his Rawalpindi constituencies [NA-60 and NA-62] setting new records.
"AML and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will win all seats from Rawalpindi,” he stressed.
Shiekh Rasheed further said, "No matter what the situation, elections need to be held."
Although, PTI has not given tickets to its candidates against Rasheed in both the constituencies, but, he is contesting against Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz candidate Barrister Danial Chaudhry for the NA-62 seat.
