Meeting reviews schools’ performance

NOORPUR THAL - A meeting chaired by Assistant Education Officer Malik Sarfraz Awan reviewed the educational achievements of different public-sector schools.

Centre headmasters and headmasters attended the meeting. Sarfraz directed the headmasters and other teaching staff of government schools to educate the parents to enroll their child in the area schools. The AEO said that the Punjab government was fully committed to bringing qualitative improvement in government schools. The Punjab government has always given top importance to the education sector and it wanted to give the best quality education to the students, he said. He further said that the Punjab government will continue its struggle for the purpose.
Meanwhile, MPA Malik muhammad Waris Kallu said that days of politics of lies are about to end. Addressing a public gathering, he said some politicians were afraid of speedy development and transparent projects being completed by the PML-N government. Development projects worth billions of rupees have been completed in different villages of Thal, he said. He added the Punjab government was initiating the programme of clean drinking water. He said speedy, qualitative and transparent completion of development projects is the policy of the Punjab government.
