Money launderers will be held accountable: CJP Nisar

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Saturday has said that whoever illegally transferred money abroad will be made accountable. 

The top judge vowed while addressing a fundraising campaign for construction of the Diamer-Bhasha dam, in Manchester.

CJP Nisar said that nobody can stop Pakistan from the construction of dams. "I have laid the foundation stone for the purpose," he added.

Famed boxer Amir Khan, Naeem Bukhari and other prominent personalities also attended the function.

Earlier, in London, Justice Saqib Nisar said Pakistan is a sovereign state and added that sovereignty is not less than any blessing. He said that Pakistan needs leaders with vision like Quaid-e-Azam.

During the event, Saqib Nisar said that he has no political agenda and will work for the welfare of humanity after retirement.
