Hasan Sardar promises team on merit

LAHORE - The newly-appointed chief selector Pakistan hockey Hasan Sardar expressed his commitment to hockey and praised the blue print formed by the PHF for the development of the game. Talking to journalists, he said that no player would be pushed out of the game until he himself retires. "He has to prove his fitness during open trials to select the teams. I have seen the programme made by the president and the secretary, which I feel is good for the game," he added. He further said that it would be their duty to watch the players on the field during the entire camp training and also monitor the coaches for properly implementing the laid down plan.
