Islamabad: In the disqualification case, Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif has submitted his reply in High Court.

In his reply, Khawaja Asif contended that it is not right that Usman Dar is a law abiding citizen. He further said that petitioner has concealed some facts while approaching the court.

Election petition for review of petitioner and appeal have already been rejected. He said it is right that “he is rendering legal advisory services to the IMECL company.” It is right that Khawaja Asif is linked with a foreign company.

The petitioner has obtained all documents of nomination papers and the petitioner has no right to raise the question of business links nor to pinpoint the violation of the law.

Khawaja Asif said it is not right that fifty thousand dharam have never been mentioned whereas the amount has been shown on the tax return as foreign income.

PTI leader Usman Dar had challenged the Aqama of Khawaja Asif. Upon this, the Islamabad High Court has sought a reply from Khawaja Asif.
