LAHORE: Mohammad Tahir Hassan, an officer of Information Group, has assumed charge as director general of the regional office of the Press Information Department in Lahore.

Hassan has a vast experience of working at various positions of responsibility related to publicity and media management. Previously, he has served in the Federal Board of Revenue, as Director of Information Secretary’s Office, Director of President Secretariat and Secretary of Department of Information and Public Relations, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa.
