ISLAMABAD - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed former prime minister Nawaz Sharif's appeals against the corruption references along with Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar’s appeals against the same for hearing on April 28. A division bench of IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani would conduct hearing of these appeals of the Sharif family against their conviction in mega corruption cases including Avenfield, Al-Azizia and Flagship references. Previously, the same two-member bench of the IHC had declared Nawaz Sharif a proclaimed offender in two corruption cases of Al-Azizia and Avenfield cases.
