Two of family gunned down in Sialkot

SIALKOT   -  Two members of a family were shot dead while three others sustained bullet injuries over a land dispute here on Sunday.

According to rescue-1122, the incident took place at Douburji Chowk where armed persons killed Asghar (55) and his son Asghar (24), and injured Waqas (31), Afzal (30) and Fahid (25). Later, the accused fled the scene. 

Rescue-1122 shifted the victims to Allamma Iqbal Memorial Hospital (AIMH) after providing first aid. Police were investigating.

Two booked for selling sugar at higher rates

Police registered cases against two shopkeepers for selling sugar at higher rates. Sadr Pasrur police conducted a raid at Sohawa registered cases against two shopkeepers Umer and Munir Hussain on the charge of selling sugar at higher rates. Further action was underway. 

Two kite sellers held

Bombawala police claimed to have arrested two kite sellers during a special checking at Glotian Morh here on Sunday. The accused were identified as Umair Hassan and Ramzan. Police recovered 1050 kites from their possession.
