According to Radio Pakistan, Global business leaders met with the Prime Minister on the margins of World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and have shown keen interest in investing in various sectors of Pakistan's economy.
A delegation of Saudi Arabia comprising Minister of Finance Mohammed Al-Jadaan, Minister of Commerce and Investment, Dr. Majid Bin Abdullah Al Qasab, Minister of Energy, Khalid Al-Falih and Minister of State, Ibrahim Al-Assaf called on the Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in Davos.
They discussed a number of development projects of Saudi investment in Pakistan.
The two sides agreed to pursue the projects discussed with the Saudi Government on a fast track and that a senior Pakistani delegation will travel to Saudi Arabia in the next few weeks.
The Prime Minister also conveyed his good wishes on behalf of the government and people of Pakistan to the Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman and the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia.
