Attock - Deputy Commissioner Attock Muhammad Naeem has said that during three days anti- polio campaign, 297783 children up to the age of five years will be administered polio drops.
The campaign will be started on 28th Feb and will continue till 4th March.
He said this after inaugurating the campaign by administering polio drops to a child in DHQ Hospital Attock.
He said that in six tehsils of Attock district , 1602 teams will accomplish this task . DC said these teams include 1436 mobile teams, 126 static teams and 40 transit teams.
He said to make this campaign a success, 90 medical officers and 233 area in charges have been deputed while the representatives of World Health Organisation will also monitor the process, and during this campaign Vitamin A drops will also be administered to the children. He emphasised upon the people and parents to extend their full cooperation for the success of this anti polio campaign.
